Meredith Kydd, NP, CUNP

Meredith is a Certified Urologic Nurse Practitioner (CUNP) by the Board of Urologic Nurses and Associates. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Simmons University. She then completed her Masters Degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. With a strong interest in Urology, Meredith then fulfilled an Advanced Urology Fellowship at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center including inpatient, outpatient and surgery. She is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and is a member of the American Urologic Association, The American Urogynecology Society and the Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates.

Meredith enjoys providing urologic care for both men and women, with a goal of providing an increased quality of life whenever possible.

Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and poodles as well as keeping active, floral arranging and knitting.

Katelyn Waugh, P.A.

Katelyn received her Bachelor of Science from The University of Massachusetts, Lowell. She then received her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS, Manchester. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Prior to joining Merrimack Urology Associates Katelyn worked as a subspecialty surgery PA with a focus in urology
